“Beacon Of Sound” is my version of St John’s Beacon… an iconic Liverpool landmark since the 1960’s and now home to radiocity 96.7 Liverpool’s radio station since 1974 bringing us almost 5 decades of music through the radio! The first song ever played at their original radio home was Stevie Wonder “You are the sunshine of my life” … but I’ve gone for a classic Scouse hit from the Boo Radleys for this one to represent the radio waking us up to new “sound” music daily
