How to Return Your Artwork

1. Notify Us: Contact us at to request a return. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
3. Packing the Artwork: Carefully package the artwork to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
4. Shipping: Ship the artwork back to us using a traceable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Upon receiving the returned artwork and verifying its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or the incorrect item. We will provide instructions for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you.
